Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AkademyDraft ("the Platform"), a service of Elite Workforce Impact Nigeria (E-WIN), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Nigerian law.
2. Service Description
AkademyDraft is a Results as a Service (RaaS) academic platform that orchestrates multiple specialized AI agents to generate humanized, submission-ready academic documents. Services include but are not limited to:
- Final Year Projects (FYP) — 5-Chapter Model
- Laboratory Reports — IMRAD Structure
- Policy Briefs — Executive Format
- Literature Reviews — Systematic & Narrative
- Theses and Dissertations — Doctoral Standard
- Essays and Academic Papers
- APA 7th, MLA, Chicago, and IEEE formatting
All documents are generated through our proprietary multi-agent AI pipeline: Research Strategist, Structural Architect, Stylistic Verifier, Integrity Humanizer, and Formatting & Citation.
3. Account Registration & NIN Verification
To use the Platform, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, email address, and National Identification Number (NIN)
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
NIN Collection Notice
Your NIN is collected exclusively for institutional compliance, identity verification, and prevention of academic misconduct. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share NIN data with third parties except as required by law.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
4.1 Pricing Tiers (Nigerian Naira)
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave in Nigerian Naira (NGN). By initiating a payment, you authorize Flutterwave to process the transaction. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Free Trial
Your first project section (Introduction chapter, approximately 1,500 words) is generated free of charge so you can evaluate quality before committing to payment.
5. Multi-Platform Access
AkademyDraft operates within the E-WIN multi-platform SaaS ecosystem. Your Firebase identity grants you a single account, but access to each platform is independent:
- A subscription to AkademyDraft does not grant access to BiznexDraft, MedPharmRx, or any other E-WIN platform
- Each platform maintains its own subscription, billing, and access controls
- Account suspension on one platform does not automatically affect access to others unless explicitly stated
6. User Obligations & Academic Integrity
You agree to:
- Use generated content as a research aid and reference, not as a final submission without academic review
- Comply with your institution's academic honesty policies
- Not resell, redistribute, or publish generated content as your own without substantial modification
- Not use the Platform to generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI agent pipeline
- Not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Platform
- Not exceed rate limits as configured in our enterprise token-bucket system
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform IP
The AkademyDraft name, logo, multi-agent pipeline architecture, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Elite Workforce Impact Nigeria (E-WIN). The platform code, design, and infrastructure are protected by applicable copyright and trade secret laws.
7.2 Generated Content
Upon successful payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and submit the generated academic content for your personal academic purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying AI models, agent logic, or generation pipeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific grades, scores, or institutional acceptance
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from Platform use
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not responsible for content accuracy beyond our integrity verification checks
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Use of the Platform for academic misconduct as determined by an institution
- Extended account inactivity (12+ months)
- Violation of applicable Nigerian laws or regulations
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Before generation begins: Full refund available
- After generation begins: No refund once the AI pipeline has initiated (agents consume compute resources)
- Technical failure: If the Platform fails to deliver the requested document due to a verified technical fault, a full refund or re-generation will be offered
- Duplicate payments: Automatically refunded upon verification
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to [email protected].
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users who do not agree may terminate their account.
